Returns & Exchange Policy

All Sales Are Final

We don't accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. Once you place an order, it's locked in — so please review your cart carefully before checking out.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, we've got you. Reach out to us at [support@guttercatventures.com] with your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll make it right with either a full refund or a replacement (subject to availability).

This is the only exception to our all-sales-final policy.

Lost or Stolen Shipments

Once your order is handed off to the carrier, the risk of loss transfers to you. If your package is lost or stolen in transit, you'll need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

That said — if something seems off, contact us and we'll do our best to help point you in the right direction.

We Can't Change Your Shipping Address

For your protection, we cannot modify or redirect a shipment once it's been placed. Your order ships to the address you enter at checkout — no exceptions.

Important: Your billing address and shipping address must match. Orders with mismatched addresses will not be processed. This is part of our fraud prevention policy.

Duties & Taxes on International Orders

International customers may be charged import duties, tariffs, or customs fees by their destination country when the package arrives. These charges are set by your government — not us — and are your responsibility to pay.

If you refuse delivery or fail to pay customs fees, Gutter Cat Ventures is not responsible for any resulting loss or return shipping costs.

Restricted Shipping Locations

We're unable to ship to the following countries due to legal restrictions:

North Korea, Iran, Cuba, Syria, Russia, Ukraine, and Belarus.

Limited Releases

For limited or special release products, purchases are capped at 1 unit per customer. Multiple orders placed to the same address may be canceled. Repeat violations may result in account review.
